WE'RE STILL HERE

Hey there! Thanks so much for checking out this page! I’m Rae, or better known as littlemissunshinee.

On October 11, 2012, I lost my partner to suicide. It was through their letters that we learned they were trans and struggling with their gender identity. In 2023 I started the WE’RE STILL HERE fundraiser as a way to give back to my community while also honoring my partner’s memory.

The event features an evening of performances by a cast of all trans and non-binary identifying artists, as well as raffles and a queer art market. All funds from the evening will be donated to LGBTQ+ suicide prevention.

I hope that you will join us in a night of celebration and remembrance of our trans siblings. If you cannot join in person but still feel compelled to help, please consider making a donation or grabbing a t-shirt. Any little bit helps!
