wellthywell: pickleball

This 90-minute morning on the courts is your invitation to move your body, try something new, and spend time with a group of welcoming, like-minded people. Whether you’ve played before or are picking up a paddle for the very first time, pickleball is the perfect mix of light movement and community!

We will rotate through casual matches so you can play with and meet different people.

Snacks and sips will be provided!

• Your paddle + balls (if you have them)
• Water bottle
• Comfortable shoes you can move in
• Sunscreen or hat
• Your open, ready-for-fun energy

Pickleball is a physical activity. Please listen to your body, take breaks when you need them, and consult your provider with any health concerns. Event is for ages 18+.
