Aligned: Sculpt + Restore is a 90-minute mind–body experience that blends:

💪 Sculpt – a Pilates-inspired strength sequence to fire up your muscles and energize your body.

🧘 Restore – deep stretch, grounding breathwork, and guided meditation to release tension and reset your nervous system.

This is more than just a class — it’s an opportunity to move with intention, connect with community, and realign both body and mind for the week ahead.

After class, stay and sip with us! Our hosts at Moniker Coffee will be providing coffee so you can refuel and connect with new friends.
