Wellspring: A Quiet Day to refresh the soul.

Wellspring offers a small group of participants the space to slow down, to rest and receive from God, to wonder together as we study the scriptures, and to respond to whatever is arising through art.

The word 'Wellspring' is a reminder that God is the source and the sustenance of our very lives, and so to return to Him is naturally a time of replenishing and re-orienting.

We are limited to 10 participants due to size of the rooms, so be sure to book your place sooner rather than later.

Lydia from CMH:I will facilitate the beginning and end of the day through contemplative story telling, nature connection, silence and prayer.

Julie from Bible Society Ireland will facilitate the scripture circle with curiousity and listening. Julie often unpacks translations by looking at the original Biblical Hebrew to help us understand.

And Nathalie, a teacher, facilitator and artist, will facilitate a response through art.

There is limited parking on the grounds and on street parking in and around Smithfield. Equally, the luas and bus stop within 2 minutes of the venue.

Participants will be asked to bring a packed lunch and we will provide tea, coffee and snacks.
