Are you a Gen Z or young adult looking for a safe and easy-going way to meet new people, support your mental health, and build your own community?

Join Wellspace by NAMI Charlotte: a safe and supportive event for young people to gently connect, explore Charlotte, spark conversation, and support mental wellness.

Hosted by dedicated young adult NAMI volunteers, Wellspace by NAMI Charlotte will meet monthly on the 4th Saturday, at various times and locations, to come together for events, activities, volunteer projects, and more.

Programming is safe, supportive, open to all, and FREE!
