Well's Song Wellbeing

Well's song wellbeing is a welcoming creative health space curated to boost your wellness, by releasing stuck energy, interacting creatively in a community of like-minded people, whilst using your voice as the expressive tool that it is.

What we know is that voicing, singing and expression can boost our wellbeing profoundly and moreso when done within the context of a supportive community. Come and join us.

This month we are following the Black history month theme of Reclaiming our stories, so expect fun, embodied chanting and inspiring, feel good songs that platform the voice of a special historic black artist that embodies great vocal play, use or experimentation!

The sesison is part of Coach Play's #embodiedagainstburnout program.
