Wellness Yoga & Brunch is back by popular demand and this time will be held in the Lakeside Marquee with stunning views across the lake??♀️☀️A morning spent creating more energy, flow, self-care, balance and deep rest. Our trained instructor will guide you through mindful movements to nourish your bodies and inner calm.
Morning includes...
✨9:30am- health shot on arrival
✨10am – 11am- Yoga/Pilate session break for refreshments
✨11:30am – 12:15pm- Stretch session & cool down
✨12:15pm- Healthy lunch
Tickets are £35pp
Yoga mats are not included, please bring your own.
