Participants will engage in activities focused on mindfulness, movement, relaxation techniques, and building routines that encourage lifelong wellness. Through guided discussions and hands-on experiences, youth will develop tools to better understand their needs, manage stress, and prioritize their well-being.
Participants will learn how to:

  • Practice mindfulness and grounding techniques
