*Wellness Without Shame* aims to restore dignity and break the silence around menstrual and sexual health by offering free essential care items and impactful educational opportunities.

It will feature menstural & hygiene product giveaways, local health resources, and a series of interactive educational sessions.

• **The Flow Lounge** – An inviting space for open dialogue and education about menstrual cycles, tracking, and period wellness.• **Let’s Talk Bodies** – A session exploring hormonal changes, body awareness, and the physical and emotional impact of puberty and sexual health.• **Voices Unmuted** – A powerful space for education and healing conversation addressing sexual abuse, peer pressure, sex trafficking, and substance use.

There will be multiple resource vendors in attendance that will be offering an array of resources such as housing, jobs/job training and more.
