We have partnered with wellness expert Terri Barnett to bring you a weekend full of gorgeous grounding and rejuvinating practices to get you ready to embrace the new year. Friday will be a dynamic mix of yoga and stretching, guided mindfulness meditation and deep sound vibrational healing with cystal bowls. Sunday will be a stretch and restore with slow flowing stretches followed by a relaxing meditation and soothing soundscape.
