Wellness Weekend HIIT with Orangetheory & lululemon

Let's get our heart rates up with a HIIT class hosted by Orangetheory in partnership with lululemon at The Passage, followed by light bites and a sparkling wine toast with Matanzas Creek Winery. *Proceeds from ticket sales benefit The Boys & Girls Club of Sonoma-Marin.

Orangetheory is an all-in-one, dynamic blend of strength and cardio training that supercharges your metabolism to burn more calories and build lean muscle. Guided by knowledgeable coaches, these science-backed workouts are designed for all fitness levels.

By registering and attending this class, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release and Waiver.

This outdoor event will be held at the covered Passage at 2404 Magowan Drive in between Sonoma Outfitters and Infinity Nail Salon/Wild Honey Mercantile.

Mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own mat for additional support. Please bring your own water bottle.
