Kick off Wellness Weekend with a Community Ride Hosted by Rise Cycle Co.
Let’s start the weekend off with a Cycle 45 community ride with Sophia at Rise Cycle Co., followed by sips & snacks at the studio. This class is available with the purchase of a $20 class credit. After purchasing your credit, you can book your class directly on the website or Rise Cycle Co. app. And, in honor of Wellness Weekend, discounted $20 class credits are available for use throughout the entire weekend (through 8/24/25).
Cycle 45 spin class takes place from 6:00pm to 6:45pm, followed by sips & snacks at the studio.
