Wellness Wednesdays @ Zora’s House - Replenish Spa

Every Wednesday morning this fall, join us for a free movement and wellness session led by local instructors who center community, restoration, and joy. These gatherings are open to all levels—whether you’re brand new to movement or a seasoned practitioner.

Feeling stagnant, stuck, or weighed down by daily patterns? This unconventional practice invites you to reset through somatic yoga—exploring presence, awareness, and release in community. Guided by Deja and Monique, this session supports you in stepping into flow and recalibration.

Details for This Session:

• Wear: Comfortable clothing you can move in.
• Bring (optional): Yoga mat, water bottle, journal if you’d like to reflect. A few mats will be available to borrow.
• Cost: Free to attend! We encourage you to grab a coffee, tea, or bite from The Purple Door Café afterward to keep the good vibes going and support our space.

Each week is a chance to connect with your body, your breath, and your community. Sessions are free, and your café purchase afterward helps us sustain this offering.
