Take a moment for yourself, every Wednesday at Harmonic Harvest.

Each Wednesday, we host free, drop-in wellness activations from 11AM - 3PM to give you time to take care and recenter among community. Each week looks a little different but whether it's a unique wellness activity or a mini-workshop, join us to get grounded and ready for the rest of the week.

On Wednedsay, September 30th, come in and share what wellness means to you and what you'd like to see in this series. We'll have sticky-notes and a board for community members to post their thoughts.
