Engage in a peaceful, relaxing and restorative activity using vibrational sounds designed to melt away stress, while enhancing a sense of calm.
Come earlier at 5:30pm to join us for qigong. Qigong features slow fluid physical movements originally practiced by ancient, indigenous peoples of China as traditional medicine.
