Wellness Wednesdays Workshops are tailored to address the specific needs of the Rockford community by delivering free, accessible, and comprehensive mental health education aimed at empowering participants to enhance their resilience and improve overall health.Strong relationships start with healthy communication.

This interactive workshop helps participants recognize how communication styles, boundaries, and emotional awareness impact relationships with friends, family, and partners.

Through discussion and practical tools, participants will learn how to express themselves clearly, listen with empathy, and navigate conflict in ways that build trust, respect, and connection
