Welcome to Wellness Wednesday: Grounding Through the Senses! Join us at The Connected Chef, Inc. for an evening of relaxation and rejuvenation. This event will focus on techniques to ground yourself using your senses. Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect with your body and mind. Explore different ways to engage with your surroundings through touch, taste, smell, sight, and sound. Let's unwind together and prioritize our well-being. We will be creating our own fragrance oils during this event. See you there!
Release Wellness NYC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing trauma-informed wellness and support for survivors. Our vision at Release Wellness NYC is that trauma survivors and immigrant communities are able to access resources, wellness classes and wellness services to experience healing, empowerment and support without experiencing financial burden. Our team is dedicated to providing a wide range of wellness services, workshops and community events to help survivors navigate their healing journey.
