This luxurious wellness event will be hosted on a stunning private property in Arroyo Grande.This two hour experience is meant to deeply nourish and pamper you. Enjoy a variety of wellness activities on the property, meditate to awaken gratitude, and float weightlessly in the pool while receiving sound healing.
This unique aquatic sound healing session will rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit, leaving you in a state of deep peace and tranquility. Join us for this one-of-a-kind event and float your way to serenity.
Schedule:
6-6:30pm: Arrival and enjoyment of the sauna and biomats. The sauna will help you detox while the biomat reduces pain and inflammation. You may also lay in the sun poolside to soak in serene vibes at the property.
6:30-6:45pm: Gratitude meditation to boost well-being
6:45pm-7:45pm: Sound Healing- Experience the ultimate relaxation with sound healing on a floatie in the pool or around the pool on a yoga mat.
7:45pm-8pm: Optional sharing and more opporunities to connect with community and enjoy the biomat and sauna.
Ticket options:
Floating: Enjoy an inflatable pool floatie while drifting in the pool
Poolside: Enjoy a discounted ticket and lounge on a yoga mat or pad around the pool
*Address will be disclosed the day before the event.
*This will be our first event of this kind on the peoperty and we couldn't be more excited! We may want to take a few photos/videos of the floating sound healing so we can spread the word about this healing event in the future. This will only be for a minute or two in the beginning and the photos/videos should not be loud or distracting in any way.
