Get ready to stretch, sweat, and smile at MOSAIC’s free Wellness Wednesday classes! This series runs every Wednesday from April to October 2025. Each week brings a new class: unwind with Sunset Yoga from Yoga Garden, strengthen with Fitness Classes from Chatham Park YMCA, or nourish with Pilates from Lifted. Indoor classes by barre3 Chatham Park are offered during the hotter and colder months. All fitness levels are welcome.
