About this Event
Every Wednesday, Rise Up Community Center, 120 West Seventh Street, Suite 201 Plainfield, NJ will be hosting Wellness Wednesday from 12pm to 1pm during the month of July. These activities are open to the public.
Wellness Wednesday is weekly activities that promotes and encourages habits and practices that contribute to overall health and wellbeing. Topics will include the 8 dimensions of wellness, healthy lifestyles, retrain the brain after trauma, building resilience in recovery, self-care, reducing stress, “food and mood” and much more…. Sessions are free and confidential! Union County residents 18+ who would like to attend but need transportation, contact Melissa at 908-293-8333 ext. 139 to arrange transportation.
