Event Details:

Northwell Health's Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore University Hospital are collaborating with the Town of North Hempstead to host Wellness Wednesdays throughout Town parks, pools and beaches this summer.

This week's Wellness Wednesday will focus on meditation. A Northwell Health Wellness Expert will facilitate a free guided meditation session on the beach to help with stress reduction and promote overall wellness. This session is open to all ages!

When: Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 10:00AM-11:00AM
