Join us for Wellness Wednesdays where we offer Community Class Drop Ins for only $10.7-8 pm every Wednesday
This class will focus on foundational poses (A,B,C's of yoga) and good alignment in this moderately-paced class. This class is for any body type regardless of level of fitness.
Great for newer Yogis and continuing students who like to move but are less interested in advanced postures.

•All Levels Class. Great for Beginners!
