Join us for our first Wellness Walk of the year — a welcoming, no-cost, low-pressure way to connect with other women in your community while supporting your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

This isn’t about fitness or pace — it’s about movement, conversation, fresh air, and belonging. Whether you come solo or bring a friend, you’ll be met with warmth, ease, and open hearts.

Our Wellness Walks are designed to reduce isolation, foster genuine connection, and create space for women to move and be together — simply and authentically.

No membership.

Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start together.
