Event Overview:

Join us at MetroSquash for a FREE indoor Wellness Walk & Talk—a fun, social walking program designed for seasoned adults (ages 55+) looking to improve their overall health and embrace a more active lifestyle.

Come walk, connect, and take steps toward better health! Walking is one of the simplest ways to reduce stress, boost energy levels, and lower your risk for diseases like stroke, heart disease, and diabetes. Whether you're new to walking or already active, all fitness levels are welcome!
