With over 20 years of experience in the mental health, therapy, rehabilitation, wellness space and her own health journey through cancer, Alexis takes a science-and-soul approach to healing. As the Owner & Founding Director of LiveWell, Alexis is passionate about helping her community HEAL, LEARN and GROW. She believes that in order for us to truly heal we must identify the root cause and address all layers of self: physical, energetic, mental, emotional, spiritual and communal. *Dr. Shannon Smith is a board-certified naturopathic doctor and advanced energy medicine practitioner who bridges the gap between science and soul. With a medical background of over a decade of nursing experience, she possesses a unique ability to see the root causes beneath physical and emotional imbalances. Shannon offers transformative 1:1 appointments that integrate herbal medicine, functional wellness, and multidimensional energy healing.
