This workshop is different.
We’re starting the new year by creating Being Boards — a more grounded, present-focused approach to intentional living. Instead of building a collage of “someday,” we’ll explore who you want to be in your daily life… in your choices, your energy, your relationships, and your routines.
If traditional vision boards leave you feeling behind, pressured, or disconnected, this workshop offers a different starting point.
Instead of fixating on outcomes, we anchor into identity, nervous system safety, and aligned daily choices.
Many people feel overwhelmed by “New Year” energy.
Vision boards can unintentionally trigger comparison or perfectionism.
Wellness goals often fail because they come from a place of “fixing,” not from honoring what already works.
A Being Board changes that.
This session is about presence, alignment, and clarity — not pressure or perfection. It blends nervous-system-informed wellness with creative self-leadership, helping you align who you are with how you live.
And most importantly:
You’re not starting from scratch. You’re not reinventing yourself.
You’re recognizing who you already are when you’re at your best — and choosing to live from that place more often.
Who This Workshop Is Especially Supportive For
If you…
-feel stuck in all-or-nothing cycles
-are tired of forcing wellness goals
-want clarity without pressure
-crave habits that feel aligned, not restrictive
-want a grounded, sustainable way to start the new year
-need direction but don’t want the “new year, new you” noise…
…you’ll feel at home here.
Why a Being Board Works
A Being Board helps your nervous system feel safe enough to change — which is why it supports sustainable habits, not burnout cycles.
It naturally:
-reduces all-or-nothing thinking
-anchors identity before behavior change
-supports consistent, aligned routines
-reconnects you to what already supports you
-keeps wellness choices simple and grounded
And unlike a vision board that gets forgotten in March, a Being Board becomes a practical anchor you return to daily — especially on a random Tuesday in February when life feels chaotic.
What We’ll Do Together
Connection + Conversation (30 minutes)
We’ll open with a simple, honest discussion about goals, identity, daily rhythms, and what it means to live intentionally now — not just in the imagined future. You’ll get clear on the qualities, feelings, and values you want to embody this year.
Create Your Being Board (2 hours)
Slow, reflective, creative time to build your board using materials provided. You’ll get guidance and prompts that help you explore what truly matters and what already supports you — without pressure, perfection, or “shoulds.”
Share + Reflect (30–45 minutes)
A casual “show and tell” for anyone who wants to share what their board represents and how it’ll support them. No pressure — just community and connection.
A Tool You’ll Return To
Your Being Board isn’t wall art.
It’s a grounding tool you come back to when you’re:
-stressed
-unsure
-overwhelmed
-making decisions
-tempted to slip into old patterns
It becomes a visual reminder of who you’re choosing to be — and a cue your nervous system recognizes as safety, clarity, and direction.

What’s a Being Board?
A Being Board is a grounded alternative to a traditional vision board. Instead of focusing on future achievements or ideal outcomes, a Being Board centers on who you are becoming in your daily life—how you want to feel, how you want to show up, and what values guide your choices. It’s less about aspiration and more about recognition. Each image reflects a state of being that already feels true or supportive, helping you return to yourself when you’re stressed, making decisions, or navigating change. A Being Board becomes a living tool you revisit—not a one-time project—supporting sustainable habits, self-trust, and intentional living.
