On October 27th, we're offering a transformative experience centered around somatic movement, sound healing, and community discussion. This event is designed to help you release tension, connect with your body, and foster healing through creative practices.

Engage in somatic movement sessions that encourage deep physical awareness and emotional release, followed by sound healing to restore balance and harmony within.
