Save the Date: 8th Annual Wellness Symposium — September 24 & 25, 2026
Mark your calendars! The Jackson County Community Action Team (JCCHAT) is excited to bring back the Wellness Symposium for its 8th year — and this time, we're going big with two full days of programming at Western Oklahoma State College (2801 N. Main Street, Altus).
This year's theme, "On the Road to Health," focuses on five dimensions of wellness: physical well-being, education, community engagement, mental well-being, and leadership.
We're thrilled to welcome keynote speakers Nik Nicole, Shade Dill, and AJ Griffin, along with around 25 breakout sessions and 30 vendor tables full of helpful resources.
Registration is $75 and includes lunch, breakout sessions, and keynote presentations. Scan the QR code on our flyer or call (580) 482-7308 for more info.

We can't wait to see you there!
