Wellness Sunday at Trolley Barn

Join us for Wellness Sunday at Trolley Barn — a feel-good morning designed to move, reset, and reconnect. This intimate, community-forward event blends movement, music, wellness, and great food and drinks in one of Charlotte’s favorite gathering spaces.

We’ll kick things off with an energizing workout class led by Adyana de la Torre-Brucker, set to upbeat tunes by DJ Tribblez, followed by time to relax, refuel, and connect with local wellness partners including Hollie Champion Goldberg, PT (physical therapy, cupping, and dry needling), Andrew Ritchie (corrective exercise, stretching, and myofascial release), and Rise Wellness (compression therapy and recovery services).

Whether you’re here to sweat, sip, shop, or simply hang out, Wellness Sunday is all about taking care of yourself — Legion style.
