This class is perfect for anybody and everybody, whether you’ve ever danced or not. The secret sauce is highly motivating music and easy-to-follow choreography. All fitness levels are welcome. You only need water, a towel and positive vibes.

Martha Palacios holds a Group Fitness Instructor Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and is licensed to teach Zumba® since 2015.
