Participants will learn the basics of skateboarding including how to push, brake, turn and cruise along on their board with new friends.

This class is for females aged 5+ years.
Our aim is to help boost self-confidence, social connection and wellness awareness by providing a fun and inclusive environment that helps break down barriers and self-limiting beliefs.
Participants will learn the basics of skateboarding including how to push, brake, turn and cruise along on their board with new friends. All abilities are welcome to join but please note our Out & About sessions primarily focus on coaching beginners.
We will also discuss the physical and mental wellness benefits of skateboarding and allow time to get to know each other and share highlights, any challenges and goals before and after each session.
Skateboards and safety gear are available to borrow or feel free to bring your own.
