Welcome to Wellness Reset!

With the daily stresses of life, the Fairfield-Suisun Education Foundation, in collaboration with the Solano Office of Education, is hosting an event focused on relaxation and well-being through breath work, mindfulness, and sound bowls. Join us for a calming experience designed to reduce stress, restore balance, and promote inner peace.

Light snacks and refreshments will be provided. Please bring your yoga mats and towels, and come ready to rejuvenate your body and soul.
