8:30 Ice Breaker – Kathy Quinton
9:00 – 10:00 Keynote Speaker – Heather Vroman – Gut Feeling: The Secret to a Healthier You – Discover the pivotal role of your microbiome in overall wellness and empower yourself with the knowledge to enhance your health from the inside out. Transform your gut and, in turn, your vitality.
10:15 – 11:00 Contrast Method Session and Wellness Talks
One group does 45 minutes of Contrast Method with Lorenzo 12 minutes traditional sauna and 3 minutes cold plunge x three rounds.
The other group attends wellness talk: Kathy Quinton – Strength Becomes You – There is no need to wait to live a stronger, more fulfilling life. Kathy shares effective stories and strategies that will catapult your confidence and convince you that your dreams are just as important—and within reach—as anyone else’s.
11:15 – 12:00 Contrast Method Session and Wellness Talks
Divide into 2 groups of 8. One group does 45 minutes of Contrast Method with Heather 12 minutes traditional sauna and 3 minutes cold plunge x three rounds.
The other group attends wellness talk: Erin Linde – The Power to Heal with Peace, Love, Balance and Nourishment – Explore the innovative approach of reprocessing therapy in alleviating chronic pain by reshaping the brain’s response to pain signals and enhancing emotional well-being.
12:00 – 12:45 Snack and Hydration Break (need to figure out lunch to confirm price)
1:00 – 1:45 Wellness talk: Lorenzo Lugo – The Hormone Connection – Learn how we can all optimize our hormones naturally to improve your overall energy, mood, libido and metabolism.
2:00 – 2:45 Moving or sitting meditation with Lorenzo
3:00 Closing exercise – Led by Heather Vroman – Gratitude Circle – Reflect on the retreat experience and express gratitude for the journey that we’ve been on together.
3:30 pm Optional spa services
