Get moving every Thursday with Summer and her team of instructors from Summer Ready Fitness, a workout facility located in downtown Akron. There will be lots of variety, perfect if you're the type of person who's easily bored by your workout routine and likes to change things up.••• About Hip Hop Step •••
This FREE Beginner Hip-Hop Step Aerobics Hip Hop Step is one hour of repetitive fun engaging movements. Designed for all fitness levels. This class is great for the beginning to intermediate stepper and includes basic routines.
What to Expect:

60-minute calorie burn. This class is designed to burn fat and leave you feeling energized. SRF Team will guide you through some moderate-intensity aerobic exercises and challenge you to love your body. Though our sweat infused Remixed Cardio is a non-stop calorie burning workout, all movements can be low impact or high impact depending on your needs. All levels of fitness are welcomed to participate.
