Join us for a day of Wellness, Movement, Food, and Community as we kick off the summer!About this Event
Join us and experience a day of movement, flow, and good company while giving back to our community!
Community is about Unity and coming together!
Mississaugas’ finest will be gathered together at the best kept secret on the river the Port Credit Legion! We will be bringing to you a day of movement, music, food, and fun!
Come get an early morning sweat sesh in, join us for a yoga cool down and be sure to check out our local vendors for some snacks and trinkets!
All proceeds will be going towards Feed Mississauga to help support families in need.
Note : Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle to enjoy the flow portion of our program!
