Join us for a 45 mins Sculpt class lead by Coco & The Sun, followed by a transformative self-discovery and journaling workshop lead by a certified Neuroscience of coaching practitioner Vannessa Misso-Veness. Vannessa’s integrative approach of transformative coaching and the power of visualisation, metaphor and immersive experiences tap into your inner wisdom, guiding you towards clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Sculpt workout :

Sculpt is a dynamic pilates-inspired workout to the beat of the music. Sculpt uses resistance bands to strengthen and tone your whole body - with an extra emphasis on the glutes and core. Regardless of where you are in your fitness journey, you will surely feel the burn!
