Get ready for a free Strength & Conditioning Body Weight Bootcamp with Anytime Fitness on the lawn of Playhouse Village Park. Use your bodyweight for exercises to create resistance and improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination.
This class is part of our Wellness in the Park series where we encourage you to get outside, get moving, and have fun with our awesome Playhouse Village instructors! We’re bringing a FREE group wellness program every 4th Thursday of the month at Playhouse Village Park, led by local fitness & wellness studios.
