Wellness from Within

Yoga will be hosted in the South Greenhouse, surrounded by tropical plants. Bentley will lead the group in an all-levels slow flow session. The greenhouse will be heated or cooled depending on the morning temps! We will have a purified water refill station available but definitely recommend you come prepared with water, a yoga mat & towel/blanket.

Rachel is leading the group in an hour long medatative sound bath, surrounded by lush greenery and soothing natural energy, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation through the healing vibrations of crystal bowls and chimes. This immersive experience is the perfect way to restore balance, release tension, and soak in the peaceful ambiance of our tropical oasis. ✨🌿

Our Botanical Community Market will start immediately after class and will showcase some amazing local artists, creators & food options! All attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in a cold plunge. Hosted by Optimyze in our Welcome Garden near the main entrance.

Fillmore Coffee Co will be providing breakfast & lunch options for sale in our main entrance area.

All attendees will receive a complimentary house plant as well as a gift bag!
