Born in Los Angeles, a city that has shaped our vision and served as the foundation for this work, Rooted and Rising is committed to making accessible, inclusive, and culturally relevant wellness programming available to everyone, free of charge.
Safety in My Body
What does it mean to feel safe in your body? For many, this isn't a given—it's a practice, a remembering, and a return home to ourselves.
In this gathering, you'll experience:
• Grounding practices to connect with the present moment
• Somatic movement to build body awareness and release tension
• Yoga focused on stability and inner support
• Breathwork to regulate your nervous system
• Reflection and optional community sharing
This space honors choice, autonomy, and care. Move at your own pace and trust your own experience.
