A rain or shine, all-day celebration of movement & wellness in the incredible covered event space of Climbing Bines, just off Route 14 on the west-side of Seneca Lake.Movement & wellness offerings like gentle yoga, Zumba, morning meditation, chair yoga, partner stretching, intermediate yoga & sound bath will be offered from about 9:00am to 6:30 pm, for you to try as many offerings as you see fit, maybe even trying something new or bringing a friend with you for this light-hearted, peaceful, playful day of health & wellness.
Along with class offerings, there will also be some amazing local artisans, vendors and community organizations present that celebrate & promote wellness for you to chat with, learn from & support.
FLX Vegan will be there serving up delicious, made to order food for lunch from 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
Climbing Bines will be slinging cold craft ales, local wines, canned cocktails, hop waters & prebiotic pops all day. You are welcome to check out their tasting room to do some fantastic merch shopping or the grounds to play some disc-golf or corn-hole throughout the day.
NEW** for this year I am so excited to announce that this year we will wrap up our celebrations with a delicious, gluten-free, plant-based dinner served by Moonshadow Kitchen.
