You’ll be guided by Naomi, a certified Pilates instructor who brings fresh energy, focus, and passion to every class. Together, we’ll flow through a full-body mat Pilates workout under the open sky, surrounded by good vibes and great people.

After class, your ticket includes a post-workout protein smoothie from Protein Factory — the #1 healthy spot in Kissimmee.

The experience doesn’t end there: stay for raffles, a live DJ, small business vendors, and sponsor giveaways. It’s the perfect mix of movement, wellness, and community fun.

• Arrival & Check-In: 9:30 AM (get your bracelet & choose your smoothie option).

• Mat Pilates Class: 10:00 AM | 45 minutes of guided movement with Naomi.

• Post-Workout Smoothie: Refresh & refuel with your included shake.

• Community Time: Enjoy music, raffles, sponsor samples, and explore local small businesses inside Protein Factory.
