When was the last time you took a moment in your busy week to focus on your health and wellness?
🤝 Join us for an uplifting in-person gathering-a space for reflection, connection, renewal and community. Get inspired to care for yourself and make positive changes-leave refreshed and motivated; while being part of a like-minded community.
What makes Wellness Breaks @ Soul Home sessions special?
- The focus is on whole health- mind, body, soul, and energy 🌸✨
- We begin and end with meditative practices and quiet time to centre ourselves and deepen our connection 🧘♀️🧘♂️
- To ensure privacy for meditation and energy work, the gathering takes place in a dedicated space rather than a public venue 🔒
- Guest speakers and community members will frequently be invited to discuss health and wellness topics 🎙️
- The evening features group discussions centred around a wellness theme 💬
- Tea and a healthy snack will be provided 🍵; you're also welcome to bring your own snack if you wish
- Dress code is comfortable, leaning toward smart casual, considering our location 👚👖

6:00 PM: Arrival & Participant Networking
Warm welcomes and tea/coffee offered as you arrive
6:15 PM: Grounding & Relaxing Meditation 🧘♂️
6:30 PM: Input by Özlem Imil - Soul Home Founder, Community Builder, Energy Practitioner
While discovering the beliefs and patterns that hold us back-often stored in our subconscious, is important; the real key to moving forward with joy is "being present".
Shifting from these mental stories to presence involves understanding that, beyond our physical bodies, we have an energy body where our mental and emotional selves reside.
As we’ve now improved nervous system regulation, it’s time to work with our energy for better health, wellbeing, and inner peace.
Özlem will introduce simple, practical ways to incorporate energy regulation into daily life using the principles and techniques of the Energy Codes®.
7:15 PM: Practice of Energy Regulation by Using the Energy Codes®
Participants will engage in guided demonstrations and practice regulating their energy by utilizing the body, mind, and breath, as taught in The Energy Codes®.
7:45 PM: Q&A and Reflection over Tea
We'll share insights, ask questions, and reflect on the experience in an open discussion over a cup of tea.
8:00 PM: Group Discussion
Reclaiming Your Energy: Strategies for Reducing Stress and Increasing Vitality
We'll explore how to reclaim our energy by sharing our own effective strategies for reducing stress and boosting vitality. We'll explore experiences, techniques, and habits that shift us from 'stressed to serene'. We'll also focus on what helps us ground in the present moment, and strengthen our inner resilience.
8:45 PM: Grounding & Harmonising Meditation 🧘♂️
A calming meditation to balance energies and conclude the evening.
