Maria will deliver an interactive taster session focused on workplace wellbeing. She will cover practical strategies for recognising and managing stress, improving resilience and looking after both physical and mental wellbeing at work. The session will also include a simple breathing or grounding technique that attendees can use straight away.
Maria will offer optional blood pressure checks during the event. These can provide a useful starting point for conversations about the impact of stress on health and the importance of regular health checks.
She will also introduce the ad hoc Health & Wellbeing Clinics delivered by Staff Training for organisations. These clinics can include health checks, wellbeing support and practical advice designed to help employees stay healthy and productive.

They support organisations to create healthier teams through practical training, wellbeing sessions and ad hoc Health & Wellbeing Clinics, including health checks and blood pressure monitoring. Their aim is to provide simple, effective tools that help people better understand and manage their health and wellbeing.

Sometimes recognising that you need support can be one of the hardest steps for an entrepreneur or business leader. Even when you know help would be useful, asking for it can feel like a mountainous task.
Sam will explore some of the beliefs and myths that hold people back from seeking support and discuss how the right help can change the direction of a business and the experience of the person leading it. He will also look at mindset and how reshaping your thoughts can help reshape your behaviours and outcomes.

Sam is a seasoned mental wellbeing and mindset change practitioner-therapist. He combines Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, tailored counselling and personalised strategies to support people experiencing challenges such as anxiety, stress and communication difficulties. With accreditations from professional institutions including the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, Sam helps individuals strengthen their personal and professional development, work towards career growth and create greater balance in their lives.
