A moment to relax and reflect.

Join us for Wellness & Words, an intimate gathering created to slow down, move mindfully, and connect in community.

We’ll begin with a gentle yet engaging mindful movement flow designed to support both the body and the mind. The flow will be slow, but give us an opportunity to practice our strength and resilience. After our flow, we’ll transition into a reflective community journaling experience.

Each guest will receive a personalized gift and be guided through a journal prompt to encourage self-reflection and clarity. Healthy snacks will be provided, along with an optional space to share, listen, and connect with others.
