Wednesday night, development focused sprint training. Each session will focus on developing sprint skills in a competition context such as:Power development
Bike positioning and handling
Gate starts
Match sprint tactics
Kierins
Flying efforts (100, 200 and more)
Each session is stand alone, and will focus on technique and tactics. Where possible riders will be grouped by ability to give opportunity to gain race experience. All riders welcome!
