About this Event
Shaun Fallows is a poet born with cerebral palsy. Real and raw, expect potholes, speed-dating and Amsterdam in this exploration of disability, relationships and travel. He will be touring his new book ‘Redundant Butties’ which defines what it means to grow up as a working-class man and wheelchair user today. Our hearts are not desolate, just the tyre tracks are muddied.
Wellies & Words is our monthly live literature event with guest writers and open mic spots for poetry, stories and script. To book an open mic slot, email [email protected]
This event takes place upstairs in the Stables Courtyard in the Classroom space. There is lift access to this level and accessible toilets on the ground floor.
