Hey there, fellow counsellors! We invite you to join us for a guided Wellbeing Workshop designed for all qualified and trainee counsellors.

In a safe, welcoming and nurturing space, you can take time for yourself, connect with other counsellors and create beautiful, festive Christmas cards.

This event is an additional, festive coming together as part of our wellbeing workshop series, which usually takes place every six weeks. The series is designed to explore themes of our personal and professional lives through working creatively with various mediums, such as paint, fabrics, clay, and things found in nature. This event is specifically designed for self-care and creativity —to provide counsellors with a chance to pause, reflect, and connect. No artistic experience or skill is needed—just bring curiosity and courage to engage in creative exploration. The workshops are guided, but shaped by you.

All materials will be provided by us, unless otherwise specified beforehand. Hot/cold drinks and snacks will also be available.
