13th September - Well-being with Horses at Wind Horse Well-being, near Mere, Cheshire. (10am-1pm)
It’s such a privilege to see how powerful and transformative it can be to spend time in a guided and safe space, reconnecting with ourselves and our own needs and emotions.
Much of the time, life moves so quickly, it can be hard to really tune in to our own internal voice, needs and feelings. Most of us haven’t been taught how to do this properly.
If you feel that you could benefit from some space to step back for a few hours, and feel supported to explore ways to enhance your own wellbeing, or simply just find some space and time to pause and check in on how you’re doing - why not get in touch?
