O ur series of wellbeing walks are short, friendly group walks that can help you become and stay active as well as meet new people.
The walks are led by members of the Greenspace Team who will help you spot wildlife or changes to the landscape throughout the seasons.
They are free to join, and everybody is welcome.
Colwick woods is a beautiful woodlans and is known for its exciting woodland, jaw-dropping viewpoints, huge variety of wildlife, and its historical features.
Meeting at the Greenwood Coffee Stop, Greenwood Rd, Nottingham NG3 7EA at 10.30am for a leisurely 1.5 hour walk.
