This month we‘ll be making waxmelts to chase away those winter bugs, help clear a stuffy nose or more generally help freshen the air. Using a sustainable vegetable wax and essential oils we’ll be looking at which oils are most helpful at this time of year.

Join us every Wednesday morning and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
